WHO ARE WE?
We are a non-profit and non-governmental organisation. We are mainly focused on issues about gender equality, youth and women entrepreneurship, sensibilisation of youngsters about their environment and related issues, ecology, prevention of hate speech, prevention of hate against migrants and refugees, inclusion of migrants and refugees through organising youth mobility projects.
What are our Aims?
Our aims are raising awareness, working on social inclusion, collaborating & partnering with international associations about our field of interest, generating ideas together, organising and implementing projects.

About Projects
What are youth works?
Range of activities (eg social, cultural, educational, sports-related and political) carried out with, by and for young people through non-formal and informal learning.
How can you participate in?
Youth work is delivered in different forms and settings (eg open-access, group-based, programme-based, outreach, and detached) at local, regional, national, and European level such as youth exchanges, European Solidarity Corps etc.
What are youth exchanges?
Youth exchanges allow groups of young people from different countries to meet, live together and work on shared projects for short periods.Youth exchanges take place outside the school environment. On a youth exchange, you can expect to participate in activities such as workshops, exercises, debates, role-plays, outdoor activities and more. To participate in a youth exchange, you cannot apply directly for a grant as an individual. Applications must be made by an organisation or a group of young people who in turn select who will participate in the exchange.
Our projects
MIGRANTECH: This Project aims to provide better employement opportunities to migrants and refugees by a digital platform. Partners are Anatolia Youth Association (Turkey), AMSED (France), FAMIDO (Belgium), Factor Social (Portugal).
WINNER: This 2-year project aims to encourage and support women in their entrepreneurial career. Partners are Anatolia Youth Association (Turkey), AMSED (France), Insomnia Consulting (Spain), Trend Education NGO (Turkey), APID (Italy), IED (Cyprus), FBO (Bulgaria).
Our Projects
Project Migrantech
„Migrantech“ is an adult learning Erasmus Plus project which aims at combating discrimination against migrants and/or refugees; promoting coexistence between society and migrant and/or refugee communities; undertaking education and training as a key element in promoting social cohesion and integration processes; providing tailor-made e-learning tools and methods for professionals working with migrants and refugees, in order to facilitate their socio-professional inclusion; understanding and identifying the needs for the most relevant knowledge, attitudes and skills sought by enterprises and employers / companies.
Project Winner
In their desire to become entrepreneurs, women often encounter gender stereotypes, economic and social difficulties or lack the training needed to achieve their goals. Aware of the challenges facing women today, the WINNER project was designed to accompany women on their journey to entrepreneurship by providing the resources and tools supporting personal and professional development.
